The soft, warm light creates a natural glow, eliminates harsh shadows, and adds a golden, flattering touch to every shot. Skin tones are radiant, backgrounds rich and vibrant - the whole scene takes on a magical, timeless quality.

MARATHON MINIS
A documentary-style session scheduled in a marathon lineup - sessions are booked back-to-back on specific dates and at carefully selected locations. These are fast-faced minis designed to document authentic moments as they unfold. If your little ones are feeling shy or looking way, we'll embrace those real moments. These sessions are not intended to be extended for formal, posed, eye-contact images with each child.

Whether you're celebrating family, a growing bump, a love story, or a senior milestone, these sessions give us the time to explore a variety of poses and backdrops at a beautiful location of your choice. With over an hour together, we’ll blend candid moments with thoughtfully composed portraits, creating a collection that truly tells your story.
This package is the best per-image value and offers the most flexibility, ideal for storytelling of meaningful and rich moments that are entirely yours. Providing an experience with attention to detail, planning outfits and ensuring each moment is beautifully curated.

BOOKING + PAYMENTS
Your session is officially reserved once your retainer is paid and the contract is signed. Retainers are non-refundable because they secure your date and time, ensuring that I hold this spot just for you! Refunds will not be issued for weather-related reschedules. Since processing refunds incurs transaction fees that impact small businesses like mine, I kindly ask that you only book if you’re fully committed. If you're unsure, please wait until you’re ready to book!

FAMILY + GROUP SIZES
Family sessions are designed for immediate family members only, so everyone gets plenty of time in front of the camera. If your group includes more than five people, please send me a message before booking so I can ensure we have enough time and space to capture everyone beautifully! If you're interested in booking an extended family session, message me directly with the number of subjects to be photographed for an accurate project price quote.

UPGRADES + FEES
Gallery Upgrades: Love more images than what’s included? Gallery upgrades will be available at the time of reviewing your proofing gallery - the goal is always for you to LOVE so many of the images in your gallery so upgrades are common. Travel Fees: If your chosen location is more than 30 miles from Scott AFB, a small travel fee may apply. Permits or Rental Fees: Some locations also require permits or rental fees, which would be the client’s responsibility, so be sure to check in advance or ask me if you’re unsure! Extensive Editing: If you have specific retouching requests—like glare removal on glasses, braces removal, body slimming or contouring, or other extensive edits—these may require an enhanced editing fee. Since every request is unique, I’ll provide a quote based on the complexity of the work needed. My goal is to ensure your images look natural and polished while staying true to my photography style!

SUNSET SESSIONS + OUTDOOR WEATHER
Sunset sessions are all about that dreamy golden-hour glow, so we plan them around optimal lighting conditions! I do my best to choose days when the weather will cooperate, but sometimes Mother Nature has other plans. If we get heavy clouds, rain, storms, or extreme winds, we’ll reschedule to a better date to ensure your photos have the best light and conditions. A little breeze can be magical, but too much wind (or dangerous weather) means we’ll pick a different day. By booking, you acknowledge that your session may be adjusted to ensure the best possible results!

ARRIVAL + TIMING
Being on time is so important to make sure we can take full advantage of your session! If sessions are booked back-to-back, we’ll still need to end at the original time, even if you’re running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or cancel depending on the session type. I totally understand that life happens—just keep me in the loop, and we’ll figure out the best plan together!
